Customer Product Care
Cups: Gently Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe, and do not soak or scrub decals.
T-Shirts: Wash on cold inside out and hang to dry. Do NOT iron.
Ears: Spot clean with a damp cloth. Ears are NOT waterproof! Protect from water as much as possible. Not meant to be worn on fast or jerky rides. Remove ears before riding.
Parties/Bulk Orders
If you are ordering decorations or items in bulk for a specific event, you must submit your request at least 4 weeks in advance to allow for proper planning and production. Please contact us via phone or email to discuss planning. Payment MUST be received before the production of items begins.
